Premium White Glove Delivery
Galet offers premium White Glove delivery to Sydney, Brisbane, and Melbourne Metro city areas. For in-stock furniture, the estimated delivery time is 10-14 business days. For pre-order items, please refer to each item's product detail page for individual lead times. Due to the nature of our furniture range, we only supply premium delivery service by partnering with 'White Glove' service to ensure the best possible experience. 'White Glove' delivery includes inside delivery and removal of all packaging materials. Please note that White Glove delivered items require 7-10 days of handling time before transit.

Order Processing
Orders are typically picked, packed, and ready to ship within two business days from the time of placing an order. Business days are considered Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Estimated Delivery Times:
Sydney Metro: Approximately 1-2 weeksMelbourne Metro: Approximately 2-3 weeks
Brisbane Metro: Approximately 3-4 weeks
Returns & Exchanges
Galet does not offer refunds due to change of mind. However, exchanges are welcome within 7 days of receiving your order, at your own expense. Please contact us within this timeframe to initiate the exchange process. Additional freight charges will apply for exchanges. If your item needs to be returned, it is essential to use the original packaging to protect the item. The sender is responsible for ensuring the item is returned undamaged, as our products are fragile and heavy and can be easily damaged during transit.
Damage
Galet's products are crafted from natural stone, and variations in color, texture, and pattern are normal. Please use the images on our site as a guide. Galet is not liable for damages that occur during the handling of the product(s). Given the solid, heavy, and fragile nature of our products, please handle them with care. If a product is damaged during transit, please contact us at info@galet.com.au.
Inspection Upon Receipt
Please inspect your order upon receipt and notify us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so that we can address the issue promptly.
